I do this one in english. To me Farioli has taken over a squad weakend by low to no strategy transfer windows of the last 2 years and a club management in turmoil. He managed to stabilize the team, create steady results and that gave the plateau for solid ground work in management (which still needs to deliver on better transfers and economic decisions). Let this man work and do what he currently does: create a (winning) team! Then add the players to fill gaps that Jong Ajax cannot fill and you have a team that performs also in Europa. You cannot have everything in one season, no?

have to write that one in english, sorry! Living in Berlin since ever and in writing my dutch gets worse by the year :D I don't understand what people, that complain about our management expect. It is one thing to start after a massive sell out to rebuild a team. But it is 10x harder to have to take over a demotivated, overloaded team with a bunch of less than average players. We have now thinned the squad successfully, sold for 36m + potentially 13,5m players, gained a lot of fighting mentality (which we will need) and made successfully space for promising talents in the first squat. Ravioli 😉 has pushed already spirit into this team. They are fighting and creating a higher and higher base line per game. Amazing given the players status at the end of last season. Things will improve. And I personally even believe we will create a great momentum. Maybe winning something? Lets see!

Ik snap jouw perspectief wel. Maar in de laatste 4 jaar hebben wij zo veel miskopwn gedaan - yes, er waren ook goede anwinsten erbij - dit team moet en core team vinden. Ideal uit Ajacieden. Haha, I do it in english, dutch is my 3rd language. Taking Tadic aside, which purchased player really showed leader qualities that shaped a team in the last 6 years? Hakim en Blind maybe but not on the level of Tadic. I believe we need to accept it requires a few more months to find that core team from youth players that A. stay at the club for 3, 4 years ideally and B. come from the Ajax DNA. Then is the moment to buy a few! ;) players to complete the squad. Now purchases will just be bandages on a bleeding wound

aub niet. Dat zal het zelfte fout zijn als 6 maanden geleden. Van't Ship doet het goed met zo veel joegd. In het zomer gaan wij het duidelijk zien, af wij 1 af 2 spelers moeten kopen.
